Margit Bisztray has been reviewing restaurants and writing about food for over 14 years. She has published six editions of The Complete Key West Dining Guide, and her work has appeared in such publications as Vogue, Gourmet, Islands and Metropolitan Home. She was also included in the Best Food Writing 2005 anthology published by Avalon.
Francesca Sullivan-Hester was born and raised in England. Her career in the entertainment business took her from the bright lights of London's West End theatre district, to the Caribbean, Mexico, South America, Europe, Alaska and eventually the Southern USA! Her travels exposed her to different types of cuisine from all over the world. Working within the restaurant industry for 8 years has honed her appreciation for fabulous food and wine, and her witty and unique style delights the audience!
